Stop driving to $25k budgets for $70k pools.
You're on site all day, and the homeowner is getting three quotes. Cushy texts every enquiry back in seconds, asks about the pool, the budget, the timing and the access, and only books the quote visit when it fits.

Stop driving to $25k budgets for $70k pools
The costly lead isn't the one you miss. It's the quote visit you drive an hour to, measure up and price, only to find they had $25k in mind for a $70k pool.
Before anything goes in your calendar, Cushy asks what you'd ask: what size or type of pool, a budget range, when they want it in, what the access to the backyard is like, and whether council approval or pool fencing has come up yet. Budgets that don't match the pool get a polite, honest reply, not your Saturday morning.
The ones that fit get booked, with the answers attached, so you turn up knowing what you're quoting.
A call or a quote visit. It books the right one.
You decide during setup which work needs a call and which needs you there in person. Cushy only books into the times your Google Calendar says you're free.
Early questions, someone still deciding what kind of pool they want, or a budget that needs a conversation first. Cushy books a call at a time you're free, with their answers in front of you.
A pool in your area, a budget in your range and timing that works. Cushy books the quote visit into your Google Calendar with the pool type, budget, timing and access attached.
You get a summary of every lead: what they wanted, whether they fitted, and what got booked. Every quoted customer gets a check-in at day 3, 7 and 14.
There's nothing to log into. Bookings land in your Google Calendar with the details attached. If it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.
What it looks like on a Saturday in November
No price, no promises. It finds out whether the pool and the budget line up, then gets you on site.
The maths on a $60,000 pool
An estimate, not a result: 15 enquiries a month, a $60,000 average job and a 30% margin. Screening is the most reliable saving, then missed calls, then quote follow-up.
Budget, timing and suburb asked before booking, so 1 or 2 bad quote visits a month (about 4 hours each) get screened out.
Calls missed on site and forms answered the next day, replied to in seconds, qualified and booked.
Every quoted customer checked in with at day 3, 7 and 14, if that lifts your win rate from about 25% to 28%.
Recovered leads alone come to about 4.8x the fee of $990 a month.
Recovered leads assume 20% of enquiries are lost today, Cushy saves 35% of those, and 25% of the saved ones become jobs. Job values and the save rate are estimates, to be replaced with real figures from audits and the first clients. Directional, not a forecast.
Would it pay for itself on your pools?
Set to typical numbers for your trade. Change them to yours.
Cushy is $990 a month plus GST. On these numbers, recovered leads come to about 4.8x the fee, before screening or quote follow-up.
Extra jobs a month = enquiries x 0.20 lost x 0.35 saved x 0.25 won. Value = extra jobs x your average job x your margin. These are estimates from my business model, not results. Directional, not a forecast. See the pricing page →

Built for high-ticket jobs, said plainly
At $990 a month it only works when one extra job is worth a lot. A good fit ticks all of these.
Not for you if you're a service-call plumber or electrician, a cleaner, a mowing round, or a business with a full-time receptionist. If your jobs are under $15k, Cushy probably won't pay for itself, and I'll tell you that.
From application to live, all by text and email
No calls at any point. If something isn't clear, email hello@cushydigital.com and I'll reply within one business day.
Tell me what you do, where you work, your average job and roughly how many enquiries you get.
If Cushy won't pay for itself for your business, I'll say so and tell you why.
Your setup steps, the agreement and the payment link. The first payment covers your first month.
Forward missed calls, add one email address to your website form, and share your Google Calendar. You keep your number.
Your services, suburbs, budget range and the questions you'd ask, set up from what you told me.
Pretend customers go through your setup first, and you see the replies before it texts anyone real.
Every lead answered and screened, and quote visits in your calendar with the details attached. If Cushy books fewer than 3 qualified quote visits in your first 30 days, your first month is refunded.

“Pool customers want to meet the builder, not text a robot.”
They do, and they still will. Cushy doesn't sell the pool, design it or quote it. It never gives a price.
What it does is the part that happens before you meet: it answers while you're on site, asks the questions you'd ask on the phone, and books the quote visit. You still win the job the way you always have, standing in their backyard.
Weighing it up against paying someone to answer the phone? I compare the two honestly here.
October to February is your peak
Pool enquiries land when the weather warms up, which is exactly when you're busiest on site. The week you can least answer the phone is the week it rings most.
Homeowners get three quotes. A reply in seconds on a Saturday in November beats a callback on Monday, because by Monday they've booked the other two.
What pool building businesses ask
No. It never gives a price or commits you to a design. It finds out the size or type, the budget range, the timing and the access, then books the quote visit so you price it the way you always have.
Pool size or type, a budget range, when they want it in, what the access to the backyard is like, and whether council approval or pool fencing has come up yet. You can change those questions during setup.
You set your budget range during setup. If someone has $25k in mind for a $70k pool, Cushy tells them politely that it's likely outside the range for what they're after, and doesn't book the visit. If it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to you.
No. It asks whether those have come up, so you know before you arrive, but it never advises on permits, barriers or compliance. That stays your job.
That's who it's built for. If you're paying for clicks, every enquiry that goes unanswered while you're on site is money spent for nothing. Cushy answers the calls you miss and the forms from your website in seconds, nights and weekends included.
$990 a month plus GST ($1,089 charged). The first payment covers your first month. There's a 6-month minimum, then it runs month to month and you cancel by email. Quote follow-up at day 3, 7 and 14 is included. The only extra is Quote Revival: $1,500 once, and only if it books 3 or more site visits.
It takes a season to see the pattern, and most of the value comes in lumps. A good month might bring one big job and a quiet month none, so a few weeks tells you very little. After 6 months it runs month to month, and you cancel by email.
If Cushy books fewer than 3 qualified quote visits in your first 30 days, your first month is refunded. A qualified quote visit is one booked in your calendar with the job type, suburb, timing and a budget in your range. If it books fewer than 3 of those, email me and I refund your first month.
I don't do sales calls. Everything you need to decide is on this site. If your question isn't answered here, email hello@cushydigital.com and I'll reply within one business day. Or apply: I review every application and tell you honestly if it won't pay for itself.
Keep using them. Cushy doesn't connect to ServiceM8, Tradify or hipages, and it doesn't need to. It answers the calls you miss and the enquiries from your own website form, then books into your Google Calendar. If a hipages customer rings and you miss it, they get a text back like anyone else, but Cushy doesn't read leads inside the hipages app. Once a job is booked, quote and invoice in whatever you use now.
