It started with a call that rang out.
Our family runs BCW Garden Care. The phone would go while someone was behind a mower or on their knees in a garden bed, and by the time it got picked up that afternoon the person had already booked whoever answered first. Not a better business. Just a faster one.
So I built something to catch them. It texted back the second a call rang out, worked out what the job was and where, and put it in the calendar. Nothing clever, just fast. The jobs stopped leaking.

I'm Jayden. I grew up around the family business, so I've watched good work walk out the door over a missed call more times than I can count. I'm the one who builds your setup, and I'm the one you ring when something isn't right.
There's no account manager and no ticket queue. That is deliberate, and it's why we only take on a handful of new businesses at a time.

Three things we hold to.
Speed beats polish.
A good reply in 60 seconds beats a perfect one at seven that night. By seven they have already booked someone else. Everything we build is pointed at that first minute.
It has to sound like you.
No “we value your enquiry”. The setup asks for your last three texts to a customer so we write in your words, and you approve every line before it goes anywhere near a customer.
No contract, ever.
If it stops earning its keep you shouldn't be locked into it, and we shouldn't need a contract to keep you. Cancel by email, any time, no exit conversation.
